Fergie’s light-up dress, which looked like something you’d see in a Spectromagic parade at Disney World, was all part of the showy glitz that the Black Eyed Peas offered their fans at the Billboard Music Awards.
The foursome hit the stage to perform a medley of “Just Can’t Get Enough,” “Boom Boom Pow” and “I Gotta Feeling.” And yes, the running man was in full effect last night.

When BEP first hit the stage, it was solely will.i.am and Fergie performing. Soon, they were joined by Taboo and apl.de.ap, who walked down the staircase-like structure erected for their performance.
