Make your own creamy corn! Save money and save on harsh chemicals and preservatives!
- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 2 tsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Melt butter in a non-stick pot.
Add corn and brown for 5 minutes. Stir often.
Add sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir until well blended.
Take off of the heat.
Pour into a large bowl and top with cheese.
