Thursday night, Big Brother 13 fans were left hanging as the houseguests began an endurance competition to determine the new Head of Household. While Scottsdale fans won’t see it all play out on television until Sunday, the new HoH has been determined and nominations happened Friday evening. The past few days have been filled with drama in the house – are things continuing to heat up or are they settling down?
Daniele finished what she swore she would do and won the Head of Household. This is the last thing that Brendon and Rachel wanted, and Jeff and Jordan weren’t thrilled either. Throughout the day Friday Dani Donato held meetings with all of the houseguests, and cut deals with some, including Jordan and Jeff. Brendon and Rachel tried to mend fences, knowing they were at risk, but did it work?
Daniele promised an “epic” speech when she did her nominations, but the Big Brother 2011 live feeds are of course turned off during nominations. While fans will have to wait until Sunday to see her speech, the live feeds made it clear that Brendon and Rachel are currently nominated. The Power of Veto competition it typically played on Saturdays, so stay tuned to see if either Rachel or Brendon can save themselves from eviction.
So far Brendon is starting to plan his return home, as whichever houseguest leaves this week will not go to the jury. He is telling Rachel that she can still go far, and of course she is upset they are nominated. Many viewers expect that there is still a twist coming that will bring one evicted houseguest back into the Big Brother 13 house, which would certainly change the game significantly – especially if it includes the houseguest evicted this week.
Who are you rooting for this season on Big Brother 2011? Are you excited to hear Brenchel is nominated? Watch Big Brother 2011 on Wednesday and Sunday nights at 7 p.m. and don’t miss Big Brother 13 live on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. on CBS, channel 5 in the Scottsdale area.
